From our Halloween costume contest to our annual party (most recently, a casino theme), SST goes out of its way to bring employees together. We believe there are many ways to foster teamwork, and we pursue it wherever we can. And as you can see from our benefits overview, SST offers as much family-friendly support as is possible.

Here at SST, we pride ourselves on low employee-turnover. In fact, of the first 7 employees to start at SST back in 1989 and 1990, 4 are still with the company today! We attribute this to many things, including: wise spending that kept us trim even during lean quarters; supporting an environment where employees could learn and grow; and hiring the best.
