NAND Controllers
The 55 Series NAND controller family tackles the elevated desire for more storage and better performance in electronic products. As the heart of high-performance, NAND flash-based ATA/IDE solid state drives or CompactFlash cards, these controllers meet industry standards with ATA-133 or Ultra-DMA 6 performance. Embedded SuperFlash® technology enables field upgrades of the NAND controller firmware for better performance while ensuring support of ever-evolving MLC and SLC NAND technology.
